I am a Full-time, Full Service Realtor and am very proud to say I have over three decades of real estate experience.

During those years I have listed and sold homes, farms, churches and condos in the GTA and surrounding areas.

Real Estate is my "passion" and over the years most of my clients have turned into my "friends".  In fact I am part of so

many families and I receive so many invitations to dinners, weddings, showers, back yard get-togethers, that I consider

myself to be very fortunate indeed.  My secret is:  I have never sold anyone a home that I would not live in myself.  Buying a

home is a big step for people in this life, and I always advise that they have to "love" that place they call home.  I work with

people from all walks and stages of life - from the first time buyers to the mom and dads downsizing.  Once you list or sign

to purchase with me, I am with you every step of the way. Helping with every aspect of the transaction.  I still do Real-Estate

the "old fashioned way" and meet with every client personally and go throught the Offer they are signing line by line, nothing

being signed until they understand every clause.  This approach makes people feel comfortable and I can go to my home at the

end of the day, knowing I have fulfilled my duties in the proper manner.

I reside in the old part of Brampton area and have done so for many years.  I am an active Volunteer in my community and I

am an animal lover.
